- Financial Management - experience in budgeting, financial planning or accounting.
- Digital/computer skills - web updates done via user friendly web interface (inquire for more details), general ability to navigate email and shared drives, virtual platforms similar to Zoom.
- Communication and collaboration skills - being able to effectively convey ideas, listen actively and communicate with all the partner groups (parents/caregivers, students, teachers, trustees, administration, staff)
- Organizational skills, time management, and event planning - event, meeting and workshop planning and facilitation. Managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.
- Problem-solving - challenges will always arise, being able to analyze situations, think critically and find creative solutions with the executive.
- Leadership - individuals who can guide and inspire others, lead meetings and/or workshops and delegate tasks effectively.
